About Me

Born and raised on the hard-knocked streets outside of Raleigh, North Carolina. Ok, maybe not hard-knocked...or the streets, but it was outside of Raleigh. Most of my youth was on a backroad, while enjoying art and computer basics. I did the essentials of growing up: graduated high school, found a girl, fell in love, furthered my education, lost said girl, met a great friend, and received salvation.

Your typical lifestyle. However, a few things became noticeable now that I look back. Instead of living the lifestyle of the typical 13 year-old, balling on the courts, I was inside learning. Learning not just about computers but  what was on them. These webpages that others saw as a source of information I saw as a different medium that was actually art. I wanted in. I quickly wrapped my mind around trying to learn the ins and outs of how to build websites. Over the next 10 years my desire to learn quickly revealed my passion for graphic design and web development.

Once I entered college, I was grateful enough to not have to work and able to focus on schoolwork, but my hardworking ethics along with my passion determined otherwise. I began taking on small projects and developing a cliental through friends and non-profit organizations - some paying but mostly to obtain knowledge in the field. This was beneficial come 2009, graduation time when it was time for employment. With the economy on the downfall, I had a hands up knowing what clients expected.

Soon after graduation, I embraced my religion status and began landing projects profitable in the ministry. Later I took a step forward and found employment with an ideal ad agency combining my two significants and joined up with a company that marketed ministries. I am currently still employed with them and freelancing to maximize my potential.

Throughout the experiences, other passions have been revealed. I'm a big sucker for social media, weather, and sports. I love everything that comes out of Chicago (Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls) minus the White Sox. I do not look forward to taking on new projects, but rather helping find a solution, revealing a personality through design, or strategically placing someone appear on the maps. I do all this not to make money, but to further the Kingdom, others, and myself.
